About Us

Magnolia Management began operations in August 2012 from its offices located at 719 South Chestnut Street in Henderson, North Carolina. The three managing partners are Steve Ball, Broker-in Charge, Michael A. “Tony” Norwood, Property Manager/Administrator, and Lundy M. Sykes, Management Consultant.


Steve Ball is a graduate of North Carolina State University and served in the U. S. Army. He was employed for 42 years by Athol Manufacturing Company in Butner, North Carolina as Vice President of Operations, and currently holds a Qualified Real Estate Broker’s license from the State of North Carolina.

Pam Norwood recently joined our team as Office Manager.  She is currently dividing her time between our office and her position at Maria Parham Medical Center.  She brings over 30 years combined administrative and clerical experience from her work in both Dr. McCaskill and Dr. Negron offices.  Pam played a pivotal role to both physicians when designing and implementing office protocols and creating standard business practices.  In addition to her work professionally; she is an active volunteer with both Vance County ACS Relay for Life and a Board Member of the Vance County Crimestoppers. 

Tony Norwood is a graduate of Vance County Community College with and Associate Degree in Industrial Management and was employed by Harriett and Henderson Yarns, Inc. in Henderson as a Process Improvement Manager for 21 years.  He is currently Managing Director of BNS Properties LLC and President and General Manager of Norwood Home Improvements, LLC both located in Henderson, North Carolina.
